Financial Analyst Journeyman

Overview

Bowhead is excited to announce our return to PMA‑275, supporting the V‑22 Osprey through the newly awarded Program/Project Management Technical Support Services contract. We are hiring a Financial Analyst Journeyman to help drive mission readiness, modernization, and disciplined program execution for one of naval aviation’s most versatile platforms. to help drive mission readiness, modernization, and disciplined program execution for one of naval aviation’s most versatile platforms. Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions.
• Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity.
• Assists IPTs and program/project personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls, and overall financial support.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitutions: Associate’s Degree plus two (2) additional years of relevant experience, or
  Four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.3-8 years experience performing responsibilities as outlined above. 

• Must be proficient with using N-ERP, experience with the CSPT and PMT.

• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team 

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level.  US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: There are currently no Security Clearance requirements for this position; however, candidates must be able to successfully pass a background check.  Due to the location of this work, US Citizenship is required.  Bowhead reserves the right to change this requirement if necessitated by business needs or contractual obligations.
