Summary
This role is responsible for providing business partners, JM management teams and senior leaders in the organization financial analysis and information needed to make operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including reconciliation of key metrics and performance, delivering insights that inform leadership on progress against strategic plans and investments.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis, identify key trends and drivers, and assess forward-looking implications to proactively inform business decisions.
- Develop impactful visualizations (charts, dashboards, and presentations) that clearly communicate financial performance, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Design, build, and optimize automated and scalable reporting processes (in Excel and related systems), improving data accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
- Partner with senior leadership to support forecasting and budgeting cycles, owning components of the process and providing data-driven assumptions and recommendations.
- Deliver regular, structured financial reporting to the organization, including clear interpretation of results, risks, and opportunities relative to expectations.
- Support and actively contribute to M&A initiatives by performing financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and development of supporting materials and exhibits.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with cost center owners and cross-functional partners to understand business drivers and influence financial outcomes.
- Ensure integrity and confidentiality of financial data and business information, while upholding internal controls and organizational policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, enhanced reporting, and deeper analysis to support evolving business needs.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects, providing financial expertise and analytical support to drive business outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field is
- 3+ years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the insurance industry
- Must have strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful
- Ability to work independently while managing expectations and varying deadlines
