About This Position

The Financial Analyst IV position reports to the Manager of the Asset Management, Compliance, and Monitoring division within Austin Housing. The division monitors and directs the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of affordable multifamily properties to achieve goals, forecast issues and identify opportunities.
The work requires communicating with various stakeholders; developing and carrying out action plans; representing the City's interests in negotiations; and preparing and presenting information as needed.
The primary duties of the Financial Analyst IV include financial analysis, managing property managers, contract review, risk assessment, budgeting, third party reporting, site inspections, and operational assessments.

Financial Analyst IV

Purpose:

Develop and prepare long range financial forecasts, revenue estimates, rate recommendations, expenditure trends, economic forecasts, computer financial models and other complex financial and statistical analysis.

Salary Range: $80,490.00 - $94,963.00 annually
