ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support development of month-end a standardized monthly financial report across the various businesses within WDesk
Support month-end closes within FCCS (Oracle) and Wdesk (Workiva), and through supplemental reporting packages. Review financial information submitted by divisions, identifying and following-up on matters as appropriate.
Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q including financial statements, footnotes and other disclosures) as well as Earnings Releases and Form 8-Ks.
Assist with technical accounting research and preparation of analyses and accounting memorandums as needed.
Recommend and implement process improvements, as appropriate, to simplify, standardize and streamline efforts.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Formal Education & Certification

Pursuing or having attained a Bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.

Knowledge & Experience

College course exposure or work experience relating to process improvement with ties to Accounting and/or Financial models.
Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
College course exposure or work experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
