This person will be responsible for loading and maintaining budgets in the Earned Value Management tool (COBRA). This person will utilize the Earned Value Management system to measure cost and schedule performance, and prepare variance reports on a monthly basis. This person will develop presentations for upper management on a weekly and monthly basis.
