Summary

The Financial Analyst shall be responsible to collect data from multiple systems, to analyze and prepare financial projections and reports with adequate documentation and support. This individual would be responsible to develop financial models, conduct complex analyses of spending, and deliver insights that drive data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the Analyst may be responsible to prepare capital and operating budgets, daily statistical and financial data reporting, as well as ad hoc data analysis. This position may have additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• A minimum of 2-6 years’ experience in financial analysis or a related field preferred.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills required.

Licensure/Certification

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple financial activities simultaneously.
