Performs central accounting and financial analysis functions according to established procedures.
- Maintains and processes the daily workflow of E-Invoices in Settlement Manager, the Administrative Program in TechBuy.
- Process documents in TechBuy, Banner, and USAS for payment by examining transactions for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with state, federal, and local procedures and regulations.
- Interact with departments and vendors on payment-related issues.
- Monitor the Accounts Payable email inbox for any items assigned.
- Prioritize and schedule daily workload. Keeps management aware of any issues or concerns.
- Prepare the late interest documents along with supporting documentation.
- Maintain working knowledge of purchasing rules and regulations of TTUHSC EP and the State of Texas.
- Verify previous day's work for accuracy.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Remain current with all licensure, certifications, and mandatory compliance and training requirements for this position.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and practices (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.).

- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Experience in Accounts Payable and Procurement processing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
Pay Statement
