WHAT YOU WILL DO

Supports the Revenue Assurance billing function for capital pass throughs by compiling packages of supporting documentation (purchase order request forms and vendor invoices) Create new sales orders and maintain sales order accuracy based on new submissions to customers and updated information throughout all stages of the sites and projects, including reconciliations when needed Work with Project Delivery teams to ensure Close Out Packages contain required documentation related to customer requirements for capital pass throughs and collaborate during delays or issues they may need to assist with Assists other staff with customer portal data reviews and entries on a regular basis to keep up to date with customer PO approvals and issuance to Arium Ensures data integrity, develops relationships to internal and external customers, and assists management and other staff with ad hoc analysis and special projects.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, billing function, or corporate finance.

Skills and Experience

Strong proficiency in Excel, Adobe, experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., JDE, Power BI, or similar) preferred. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $58200 - $80100 annually.  A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location.  Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
