Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst (FP&A & Systems) | Hybrid | New York, NY | $70,000-$90,000 + Bonus

We're partnering with a growing media company, on the search for a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both finance and technology. You'll have the opportunity to support business planning, improve processes, work with financial systems, and contribute to initiatives that help the organization operate more effectively.

What you'll be doing:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning business planning
• Prepare reporting and financial analysis for leadership to guide strategic business decisions
• Help maintain and improve financial systems, reporting processes, and data integrity
• Partner with business stakeholders across finance and operations to track performance and identify opportunities
• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency
• Support projects focused on improving how finance teams leverage technology and data

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a finance systems related role
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and technology-driven finance initiatives
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
