Financial Analyst

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Financial Analyst will join the Treasury team and support the organization by analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with performance analysis to support management decision‑making. This is an entry-level role.

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

• Collect and analyze financial and operational data to support reporting and analysis
• Prepare recurring financial reports and assist with management presentations
• Analyze financial results, trends, and variances, and document key drivers
• Maintain analytical reports, data files, and supporting documentation
• Support Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) by preparing financial analysis and summary materials
• Participate in Treasury team development, including knowledge sharing and project coordination
• Communicate and coordinate with Accounting, Internal Audit, and other departments

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred, or two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in Excel preferred
• Experience in SQL or analytics a plus
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Team oriented with a willingness to learn
• Be self-directed/motivated with the ability to work independently
