A unique cultural institution is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team and support key financial operations during an exciting period of growth. Overview

The Financial Analyst will support core finance functions including revenue reconciliation, budgeting, and financial analysis. This role offers hands-on experience working with multiple revenue streams and partnering with teams across the organization to help drive informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile revenue across multiple streams, including admissions, memberships, retail, and dining
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to daily financial activity
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Assist with capital project analysis and financial evaluations
Prepare reports, studies, and ad hoc analyses for leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor spending and improve financial performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of financial analysis or accounting experience
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
