The Opportunity

As Dentalcorp continues to scale its network of practices across Canada, our Finance team is growing to match. This Financial Analyst, FP&A role is an exciting entry point into a high-performing FP&A function — offering a hands-on opportunity to build your foundation in month-end reporting, financial reconciliations, and business analysis while working alongside experienced finance leaders.

This is a role for someone early in their finance career who is eager to learn, detail-driven, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You'll gain direct exposure to complex, multi-system financial environments and work cross-functionally with IT and Operations — building the skills and business knowledge that set the foundation for long-term career growth at Dentalcorp.

The Impact You’ll Have

Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, you will play a key role in supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial data that underpins business decisions across Dentalcorp's growing network of practices. You will develop your analytical foundation through hands-on exposure to month-end reporting, reconciliations, and cross-functional collaboration.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $85,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.

This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home.  This job posting is a growth role.
