Requirements

Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner in crafting annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and multi-year financial models, working cross-functionally to collect inputs and boost automation for better accuracy.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed schedules for SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), deliver monthly and quarterly financial insights, and handle ad-hoc analysis requests from Finance and the CFO.
- Month-End Close & Consolidation: Lead month-end close activities including consolidating Canadian entities and integrating joint venture data into consolidation systems.
- Compliance & Controls: Support SOX compliance efforts, assist external auditors during reviews and audits, and uphold strong financial controls.
- Process Improvement & Collaboration: Drive finance process improvements, support key initiatives and training, and collaborate with other departments to enhance communication and operational efficiency.
