Requirements

Responsibilities
- Data analysis and integration: Extract, cleanse, and consolidate data from multiple platforms including Service Titan and Iron Bison CRM to support accurate financial reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Financial reporting and forecasting: Support portfolio company forecasting, budgeting, and budget vs actual analysis to provide actionable insights for the investment team.
- SQL and BI tool utilization: Develop and maintain data models and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to enable real-time financial and operational insights.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as a key finance liaison for portfolio companies, partnering with operations and investment teams to streamline financial processes and back M&A integration efforts.
- Continuous learning and growth: Deepen expertise in portfolio company systems and processes, aiming to broaden scope into M&A analysis and wider investment support.
