Job Title: Financial Analyst Job Overview: This position requires a strong analytical background with the ability to analyze and consolidate financial results for reporting to high-level management. Should be a self-starter, able to demonstrate sound judgement and versatility in decision making and problem solving. Role and Responsibilities:

Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and support to senior management
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results and variance reporting
Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting processes
Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization
Develop models/scenario planning that help in decision making

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA or CMA a plus
1-4 years of relevant experience in corporate finance and financial planning & analysis
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
