This position pays between $63,100 - $108,000/yr based on experience

By embodying our core purpose of customer obsession, new ideas, and driving innovation, and delivering excellence, you will help ensure that every touchpoint is meaningful and contributes to our mission of redefining the possible in healthcare. We are growing our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, adding an analyst to help empower our teams to consistently make well-informed decisions for our business. This individual will play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting as well as partner with various teams to create pro forma financial models for various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop a deep understanding of Ensemble’s business and its data. This individual will be able to extract the most relevant information from various systems (Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI) and translate it into useful recommendations for leadership. Additionally, this Analyst will partner with Operations leaders and work closely with our Strategy, Accounting, and Analytics teams on a daily basis. This role will be remote and will report to the AVP of FP&A. Quarterly travel will be required.
