The Financial Analyst responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting activities. The position also requires the development of adhoc analysis and presentations to provide decision support for key business initiatives.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing consolidated financial management reports and forecasts. Including maintaining financial planning system for management segments and generating segment and consolidated non GAAP financial schedules.

Develop annual budget for assigned subsidiaries which are then aggregated and submitted to senior management and the Board of Directors for review and approval; participates in budget reviews; prepares re-forecasts as deemed necessary during the year.

Report, analyze and interpret financial and operating data for subsidiaries; such reporting, analysis and interpretation may include cost analysis, segment profitability, reporting, and any other ad-hoc analysis of interest to senior management; identifies trends, opportunities and risks.

Prepare various monthly budget analyses and dashboards including key performance indicators and performance measurements against budget and/or forecasts.

Partner with business channel managers / analysts to support financial forecasting process.

Education
Required: Bachelor; Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or related field 
Preferred: Master/Advanced; MBA
Language
Required: English
Experience
Required: 2 - 3 years or more experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Preferred: 3 - 5 or more years experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

Starting Compensation

Annual Salary: $78,800.00 - $102,400.00 (Amount based on office location, relevant experience, skills, and competencies)
