- Process funding adjustments and budget change requests
- Analyze financial trends, obligations, and projected expenditures
- Monitor division funding balances and identify financial risks
- Support leadership in budget forecasting and financial planning
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
- Coordinate with stakeholders on resource allocation requirements
- Track funding execution against strategic priorities
- Support financial documentation and audit readiness activities
- Identify process improvements in financial reporting and tracking
- Assist with budget reconciliation activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a federal government background investigation
- 4+ years of financial analysis or budget management experience
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Experience with budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations
- Experience supporting federal financial management operations
- Familiarity with government budgeting systems
- Experience with Ektropy or comparable funding platforms
- CPA, MBA, or financial certification preferred
