DISHER is currently partnering with a global supply-chain solutions partner in search of a Financial Analyst to join their team. This organization helps manufacturers grow and succeed by providing end-to-end support across market entry, sales, account management, logistics, and distribution for automotive and other industrial markets. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the finance team, responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial performance, identify trends, and improve overall business efficiency through data-driven recommendations.

What you'll get to do:
- Prepare cost estimates and quotes for new programs
- Analyzes and thoroughly understands cost structures
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and reports as needed
- Provide analysis of key variances to forecast
- Research cost trends and recommends costs and rates to be used in future year forecasts
- Lead improvement activities
- Maintain and update various files and file formats
- Provide input on strategic initiatives
- May lead the development and management of budgeting and forecasting activity
- Expert in automotive programs and use of our volume forecasting tool (currently S&P)
- Provide back-up for other accounting functions as necessary
What will make you successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years of experience
- Automotive experience preferred
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Expert in Excel
- Ability to prioritize competing requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage and function in a multiple reporting relationship structure
- Proactive / self-starter
- Ability to work well under pressure
