The Role
The Financial Analyst supports accurate financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to help leaders understand performance and make informed decisions. This role partners closely with their direct leader and assigned business unit to analyze results, explain variances, and support planning activities. This role will directly support our Dedicated division.
Job Schedule: Monday - Friday; Onsite
Compensation: $63,236 - $82,228 Starting Wages (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

What You'll Do
- Financial Data Integrity: Reconcile, understand, and confirm financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity of company financial information and support the monthly close process
- Variance Analysis: Analyze monthly sales, cost, and profit variances versus forecast and plan and explain key drivers to leadership
- Support: Provide financial and analytical support to leaders, translating data into clear and actionable insights
- Planning Support: Assist in the preparation of annual plans and updated forecasts as required
- Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports to support operational and financial decision-making
- Business Understanding: Build knowledge of business operations, financial drivers, and performance metrics within the assigned business unit
- Presentation and Communication: Present financial findings primarily to the direct leader, supporting broader leadership discussions as needed
- Accountability and Reliability: Maintain regular and reliable attendance while performing other duties as assigned to support team and business needs
Required Qualifications:
- Financial Acumen: Working knowledge of financial statements, accrual accounting, and variance analysis
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and explain results clearly
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Communication: Ability to explain financial information to non-financial partners
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment. Activities include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 20 pounds, using standard office equipment, and communicating with colleagues or customers. Reasonable accommodations may be provided.

- Business Exposure: Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, or planning cycles
- Data Skills: Experience working with large data sets or financial systems
- Collaboration: Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
