Job Summary
Partners with leaders across the organization to analyze financial and operational data, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic and operational decision-making.
Essential Functions
- Performs statistical, cost, and financial variance analysis of data to evaluate financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assists on business issues including financial and profitability analysis. Develops solutions to problems which require ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
- Collaborates with assigned areas of the organization and/or senior level analysts or leadership to analyze financial data.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related field
- 1 year experience in finance, accounting, or related work
Preferred
- Master's Degree in Business or Finance
- LIC-Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - State of Michigan
