What You'll Do
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities
- Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze key business trends
- Partner with operational leaders to monitor budgets and financial performance
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools
- Assist with grant, program, or project-related financial analysis
- Help improve financial systems, reporting processes, and data accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, or accounting
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
- Nonprofit, association, government, or grant-funded environment experience is helpful but not required
- Hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
