Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, auditing, supply chain analysis, or a related analytical role.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with large datasets and identifying discrepancies or trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).

• Background in supplier recovery, procurement analysis, or manufacturing finance.

• Familiarity with financial auditing processes and controls.

• Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.

Technical Interview Requirement

Candidates selected for interview should be prepared to complete a technical analytical assessment. The interview will focus on:

• Data interpretation and analysis.

• Excel-based problem solving.

• Financial reasoning and recovery calculations.

• Scenario-based analytical exercises.

The assessment is designed to evaluate foundational analytical skills rather than industry-specific automotive knowledge.
