The Financial Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of Anderson Center for Autism through the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial and statistical data. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of internal and external financial reporting, including monthly financial statements, regulatory filings, and cost reports.

The Financial Analyst partners closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and ensure compliance with funding, regulatory, and organizational requirements. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-driven work while supporting data-informed decision-making across programs and services.

Pay Range: $71,950.00 - $77,150.00 Salary; Based on experience
