Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance organization through administration and reporting within the Cadency system, enabling accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations, fiscal close processes, and journal entry workflows. You will leverage your knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, while partnering with Finance and Information Technology teams to sustain and enhance system functionality, automation, and reporting.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Administer Cadency, including loading subledger balances, foreign currency rates, and new tasks, while ensuring accuracy and completeness of system data
- Maintain reconciliation structures, including assigning accounts and verifying reconciliation identifiers for new accounts
- Manage user access and security in accordance with control requirements and approved change requests
- Support audits, including journal entry, internal, external, and quality assurance audits, along with data integrity validations against enterprise resource planning system balances
- Monitor and track period-end close activities to ensure timely completion of reconciliation and close tasks and uphold key internal controls
- Prepare and distribute reports from Cadency and enterprise resource planning systems to support Finance stakeholders
- Create and maintain accounting schedules to support balance sheet reconciliations and financial audits
- Serve as a resource to end users by troubleshooting reconciliation issues and providing system guidance and training
- Partner with Information Technology on Cadency-related projects, including system enhancements, testing, and implementations
- Identify and resolve accounting and operational issues through analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Evaluate processes and controls to recommend improvements and drive efficiency, including automation and artificial intelligence initiatives
- Support general accounting activities and special projects such as system conversions, accounting updates, and business partner requests
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across Finance, providing clear updates on issues, risks, and progress
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or financial accounting
- Experience working with financial systems and reporting tools; enterprise resource planning system experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and system enhancements

Compensation
Pay Range:$64,000-$95,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
