What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who asks "Why?" and "What happens next?"
A successful candidate will not simply report that an expense exceeded budget or that revenue increased. They will dig deeper to determine why it happened, whether the trend will continue, what it means for future performance, and what actions management should consider.
We value someone who can move comfortably between detailed financial information and broader strategic questions, and who enjoys partnering with leadership to improve the financial performance of a complex physician organization.
Why Join Us?
This position offers an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing healthcare organization. You will work directly with senior leadership and have visibility into the financial and operational performance of multiple medical specialties.
For the right individual, this is an opportunity to become a trusted financial resource to leadership, helping guide decisions involving growth, physician recruitment, staffing, capital investment, new services, and long-range planning.
