Qualifications & Experience
Ideal CandidateYou are organized by nature and accurate by habit. You take quiet pride in ledgers that balance, invoices that go out on time, and reports that give leadership a clear view of where things stand. You are equally comfortable building a variance commentary as you are processing a payment run — you understand that the numbers only matter if someone can act on them. You are not fazed by a growing organization's evolving needs; in fact, you like being the person who builds the system as the business scales. You communicate clearly, ask good questions, and treat financial data with the same care and discretion you would want applied to your own.
