SUMMARY
The Financial Accounting Manager oversees the general ledger, financial close, and financial reporting processes to ensure accurate, timely, and U.S. GAAP‑compliant financial statements. This role partners closely with the Controller and external advisors to support audit, tax, and compliance activities, while applying a strong understanding of TM’s business operations to drive continuous improvement in financial accounting and reporting. The Financial Accounting Manager reviews the work of the accounting team, supports effective internal controls, helps maintain consistent accounting policies and procedures, and actively develops and mentors team members to support a strong, scalable, and high‑performing accounting function.

Compensation range is:  $120,000.00-$157,500.00
Compensation is determined based on non-discriminatory, business-related factors, including but not limited to, training, experience, education and/or professional certifications, geographic location, and market data.
