Financial Accountant (Ukicd/Emea Exposure) - Hybrid

We’re driven by our Group purpose, to power people and possibilities.  THIS ROLE As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely completion of monthly and other financial reporting requirements, including month-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supporting the year-end audit as the primary point of contact. The role also involves contributing to various reporting, project, and ad hoc finance activities. We are seeking a proactive, hands-on professional with a positive, can-do attitude who can help drive continuous improvement within the finance function and adapt to a dynamic environment with diverse responsibilities. WHAT YOU'LL DO   Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports and financial information. Lead the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements. Complete regulatory, VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory returns. Support finance integration activities for new acquisitions and business growth initiatives. Drive process improvements, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders ABOUT YOU   At least 3 years of accounting experience in a similar finance or accounting role. Experience working in a global finance environment, with exposure to UK companies considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of financial controls, best practices, and external audit processes. Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results. Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present findings to senior stakeholders and work effectively both independently and within a team.
