Our client, an Irish plc is seeking to hire a Financial Accountant. The ideal candidate will be involved with month-end close, preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Month-end
- Reporting including flash-reporting
- Perform monthly and quarterly analysis
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
- Prepare tax documents
- Compile and analyze financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA Qualified
- Experience in Month Close Process within a multi-national Group Function preferable
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Exposure to a multi-currency consolidation beneficial
- Exposure to an annual Budgeting process beneficial
- SAP
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
