Financial Accountant II

Position SummaryThis position will participate as a key team member in a wide variety of improvement projects and analysis with the goal of increasing both operational efficiencies and internal controls. This position will perform a wide variety of tasks and non-routine responsibilities including analysis of financial data; reviewing, documenting, and improving processes, procedures and systems; extracting, organizing and analyzing financial data from various databases. This position will also perform various accounting duties including account reconciliations, capital asset verifications, assisting departments with journal entries and other accounting duties as assigned. Serve as primary contact for financial security in SAP , assist with the annual year end audits, Service Center reviews, and assist with Facilities and Administrative Rate proposal.DutiesOther Duties – Perform other miscellaneous accounting/financial duties as assigned.Required Experience3-5 years related financial accounting, analysis, or reporting experience.Work ScheduleM-F; 8-5pm
