The Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and experienced accounting professional to join our Finance team, within a public company with an international reach. This role will report directly to an Accounting Manager or equivalent and will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting and reporting of financial results.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Perform accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP
• Provide support for inventory, cost, and revenue analysis
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes
• Support AI and Automation initiatives
• Support accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, including analysis and supporting schedules
• Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Administrative, Sales, Operations) as needed
• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, controls, and documentation
• Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit documentation

Qualifications & competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting standards (US GAAP)
• Demonstrated ability to apply accounting knowledge to real business operations and programs
• Prefer experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience in technology, semiconductor, or similar industries is preferred
• Exposure to system implementations or process transformation initiatives
