Positie overzicht

Als HR Payroll Specialist ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers voor alle HR‑ en payrollvragen, terwijl je end‑to‑end verantwoordelijk bent voor de payroll in meerdere Europese landen. Je werkt in ons HR Service Center in een internationale omgeving en bewaakt de kwaliteit, compliance en datanauwkeurigheid.

Verantwoordelijkheden

• Verwerken van een tijdige en correcte payroll voor NL, BE, IT, CZ en UAE samen met onze externe payrollproviders (zoals ADP/Streamline), inclusief in‑ en uitdiensttredingen, mutaties, verlof, ziekte en variabele beloning.
• Zorgen voor naleving van lokale fiscale, sociale en arbeidsrechtelijke wetgeving, ondersteunen van SOX‑controles en audits en zorgen voor GDPR‑conforme verwerking en archivering van HR‑ en payrollgegevens.
• Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers over salaris, loonstroken, pensioenen, verzekeringen en internationale onderwerpen zoals expats en de 30%-regeling, en afwijkingen servicegericht oplossen.
• Beheren van HR‑administratie over de volledige employee lifecycle (contracten, wijzigingen, uitdiensttredingen, brieven, digitale personeelsdossiers) en afstemmen met HR en Finance over arbeidsvoorwaarden en internationale regelingen.
• Werken met HR‑ en payrollsystemen zoals Workday en ADP, ondersteunen van immigratieprocessen (bijv. IND‑werkvergunningen) en bijdragen aan HR‑ en payrollrapportages en procesverbeteringen.

Opleiding & Ervaring

• HBO‑diploma in HR, Finance, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met (internationale) payroll en HR‑administratie en gedegen kennis van payrollprocessen, relevante wet‑ en regelgeving en het werken met externe payrollproviders (ervaring met ADP/Streamline is een pre).
• Sterke analytische vaardigheden, een zeer nauwkeurige en gestructureerde manier van werken en hoge integriteit en discretie in de omgang met vertrouwelijke informatie.
• Servicegerichte communicator die rustig blijft in piekperiodes, zelfstandig werkt en graag samenwerkt in multidisciplinaire, internationale teams.
• Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, in woord en geschrift; andere Europese talen zijn een pre.

Position Overview

As HR Payroll Specialist you are the go‑to person for employees and managers on all HR and payroll topics, while owning the end‑to‑end payroll process for several European countries. You work in our HR Service Center in an international environment and safeguard quality, compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Run accurate, timely payroll for NL, BE, IT, CZ and UAE together with our external providers (e.g. ADP/Streamline), including hires, exits, changes, leave, sickness and variable pay.
• Guard compliance with local tax, social security and labour legislation, support SOX controls and audits, and ensure GDPR‑compliant handling and archiving of HR and payroll data.
• Act as first point of contact for employees on salary, payslips, pensions, insurances and international topics such as expats and the 30% ruling, and resolve discrepancies in a service‑oriented way.
• Manage HR administration across the full employee lifecycle (contracts, changes, exits, letters, digital personnel files) and align with HR and Finance on employment conditions and international arrangements.
• Work with HR and payroll systems such as Workday and ADP, support immigration processes (e.g. IND work permits) and contribute to HR and payroll reporting and process improvements.

Key skills & experience

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in HR, Finance, Business Administration or a similar field.
• Proven experience in (international) payroll and HR administration and solid knowledge of payroll processes, legislation and working with external payroll providers (experience with ADP/Streamline is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, very accurate and structured way of working, with high integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Service‑oriented communicator who remains calm in peak periods, works independently and enjoys collaborating in multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken; other European languages are a plus.
