Summary: A senior individual contributor responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of global consolidated financial reporting. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert in consolidations and foreign currency translation. The position partners closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and external auditors, and provides technical leadership without direct people management.
Duties:
Global Consolidations
Prepare and review consolidation entries including intercompany eliminations, equity method accounting, statutory audit adjustments. Ensure accurate foreign currency translation and cumulative translation adjustment calculations. Maintain global roll forwards for goodwill, intangibles, fixed assets and retained earnings. Responsible for monthly FX rates in FCCS Responsible for transfer pricing adjustment communications
Financial & External Reporting
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP Support external reporting requirements for compliance certificates. Draft and review financial statement footnotes and disclosures related to consolidation matters. Annually assist in reconciliation of preliminary YE results to annual audit figures with comments Ensure consistency between statutory, management, and external compliance reporting. Responsible for compiling and communicating monthly addback reporting. Responsible for consolidated balance sheet trending report (inventory, AR, AP, accrued expenses) Responsible for monthly entity measurements file – working capital metrics (DSO, DIO, DPO)
Cross‑Functional Partnership
Partner with regional controllers, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury to ensure alignment of financial data. Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors on consolidation and reporting topics. Provide quarterly files to tax partner for estimated tax payments.
Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance CPA (or international equivalent) required 8–12+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, consolidations, or financial reporting Deep expertise in global consolidations, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP Experience working with large, global ERP and consolidation systems Proven ability to operate independently in a complex, matrixed environment. Experience with Oracle EPM specifically FCCS Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
