About Treeline

Treeline is building the Modern IT Operating System — a software- and AI-native foundation that redefines how IT, security, and compliance are delivered. Rather than layering AI on top of decades-old workflows, we rebuilt the MSP operating model from the ground up, with software as the foundation. Our AI-enhanced 24/7 help desk delivers 80% faster response times and a 95% reduction in error rates vs. traditional industry standard.

We operate in a $200B+ MSP market where 40,000+ providers still run on manual coordination and reactive ticketing. Treeline replaces that with a centralized software architecture — automating routine operations while elevating human experts to focus on architecture, risk, and strategy. We serve growth-stage companies, with deep strength in regulated verticals (SOC 2, HIPAA, CMMC).

Through a combination of organic and inorganic expansion strategy, Treeline is growing fast. We’re backed by a16z ($25M Series A) and we’ve built a team with deep experience at the intersection of software and services, with team of IT / security services industry-veterans (e.g. Evergreen, Lyra) and top university graduates (Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley).

Job Summary:

As our Finance Operations Associate, you'll own the accounts payable engine for Treeline — from vendor onboarding through payment, reconciliation, and month-end close. This is a high-ownership, early finance hire: you'll get direct exposure to AI-native finance operations (we'll teach you the stack), a clear path to grow as the function and the company scale, and a front-row seat to a fast-moving, multi-entity rollup. If you're detail-obsessed, dependable, and eager to build, there's room to make the role your own and grow in the company.
