Position: Full-Time F&I Manager

EXPERIENCED F&I PROFESSIONAL? WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU.

Team Automotive – Swansboro is looking for a proven, experienced F&I Manager who knows how to produce.

This is not an entry-level F&I position. Automotive F&I experience is a MUST.

YOU MAY BE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU:

• MUST HAVE previous automotive F&I experience
• Have a proven track record of strong F&I performance
• Know how to structure and close deals
• Understand automotive financing, lending, and F&I products
• Can confidently present VSC, GAP, and other protection products
• Have strong lender relationships and understand how to build new ones
• Understand dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance
• Know how to maximize profitability without sacrificing the customer experience
• Are competitive, accountable, organized, and driven
• Thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Secure financing and lender approvals
• Structure deals effectively and profitably
• Present F&I products confidently and professionally
• Maximize F&I opportunities on every deal
• Maintain accurate contracts and documentation
• Ensure deals meet all compliance requirements
• Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to keep deals moving
• Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience
• Build and maintain strong lender relationships
• Take ownership of your performance and results
