We are currently looking for an Finance Manager (Supply Chain & Logistics) to join us at our facility in Glen Mills, PA.
SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager, Supply Chain and logistics Americas will be responsible for consolidation, coordination, and strategy setting for all Supply Chain / Logistics financial analysis for the Americas region. The position will interface with all levels within Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Business Teams providing management with the necessary data, analysis and insight to support decision making (operating, accounting and business decisions). The Finance Manager, will report directly to the Global Finance Director, COE.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the detailed financial planning, reporting, and analysis of logistics and supply chain costs for United States, Canada, Mexico and Brazil providing in-depth analysis to senior management.
Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for our supply chain and logistics costs, including consolidation of all submissions from business segments.
Partner with regional supply chain teams to provide pertinent data and insights to establish operational and financial goal alignment and drive towards results.
Work with supply chain and logistics teams to analyze and forecast inventory and understand its impact on working capital and cash flow.
Drive and track cost savings projects.
Drive process improvement and development policies for internal management reporting
Project-related planning, project management, financial modeling and analysis.
Key requirements:
Strong knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance
Exceptional financial acumen including strong analytical, financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills
A proven track record as an effective business partner with a strong internal customer service focus
Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to all levels of the organization
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP and business intelligence / data visualization tools (SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Business Objects, Tableau and / or Microsoft Power BI)
Fluent in English, any other regional languages would be considered a plus.
Education and Experience Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, business analysis, investment banking, consulting, or accounting
Experience working for a leading global manufacturing business, in a public company or private equity backed company environment
Degree(s): Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar quantitative discipline
