For this position, three mains missions:

Financial operations 

• Ensure the reliability of financial data, in collaboration with our accountancy firm and our statutory auditors

• Ensure the reliability of our customer invoicing process and our tracking of MRR

• Contribute to improving the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Support on grants applications

• Contribute to structuring the finance/admin stack by implementing new tools and processes

• Management of an intern

Reporting and FP&A

• Perform monthly closing and reporting by D+15: accounting, P&L, Cash Flow, SaaS KPIs

• Build a monthly reporting for the DIRCO with key KPIs

• Monitoring key SaaS and financial KPIs

• Participate in the budgeting process

Strategic operations support

• Support on financing and fundraising operations

• Support on M&A operations : audit, legal, integration
