Molex is seeking a highly motivated Segment Finance Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the leaders of our global Industrial Solutions (ISBU) business. You will shape decisions that influence growth, profitability, investment priorities, and long-term performance. The role combines P&L management, planning, and profitability analysis with hands-on involvement in customer opportunities, new product launches, and strategic initiatives. With significant visibility to senior leadership, you will have the opportunity to challenge assumptions, turn complex data into clear choices, and help the business convert strategy into measurable results

The Molex Industrial Solutions business is positioned to capture growth in markets including data center power, factory and warehouse automation, medical, transportation, and renewable energy. Our team is accelerating investments and innovation, expanding our product portfolio, and scaling the business to move at the pace of our customers. Working closely with leaders across product management, engineering, operations, and finance, you will help shape strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive performance through data-driven decision-making. What Will Put You Ahead

For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000 - $160,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
