Role and Responsibilities

- Oversee revenue and profit analysis, identifying trends and providing strategic insights.
- Develop and manage 3–9 month business forecasts, including detailed projections of MX device sales quantities, wholesale prices, COGS, and overhead expenses.
- Lead month-end closing processes, ensuring accurate revenue/COGS recognition and expense allocation.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, highlighting key drivers of financial results and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Manage department budget and forecasting, enhancing accuracy through the exploration of AI tools.
- Monitor financial trends and expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities with the help of AI.
- Collaborate with sales and SCM teams to prepare channel inventory and inventory aging reports.
- Support competitive analysis and market share monitoring to provide insights for internal discussions.
- Participate in business updates with sales teams and assist in preparing weekly Mobile business updates.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 4~7+ years of experience in finance or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Experience with SAP Controlling (CO) module.
- Familiarity with AI tools for financial analysis is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and team management skills.
