Finance Manager- FP&A & Corporate Development
Pay: $95K-$110K Annually| Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm EST | Location: Remote

Your Role: Essential, Rewarding, Impactful The Finance Manager is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for driving financial modeling, forecasting, and acquisition support, while also serving as a flexible resource for broader finance and business initiatives. This role serves as the analytical engine of the finance team, supporting both the CFO and VP Controller by delivering insights, building models, and representing Finance in key cross-functional efforts. This is not a traditional accounting role—it is a hybrid FP&A, corporate development support, and business-facing finance role. - Build, own, and continuously improve forecasting models
- Perform monthly variance analysis (revenue, EBITDA, labor, cash flow)
- Develop EBITDA bridges and performance narratives
- Maintain KPI dashboards:
- Net-to-gross %
- AR velocity
- Margin by client / service line
- Enhance 13-week and long-range cash flow forecasting
- Support executive and board-level reporting analytics
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Build acquisition and pro forma models
- Support financial diligence (data normalization, analysis)
- Assist in investment memos and deal summaries
- Track acquisition pipeline and key metrics
- Support post-close performance tracking vs underwriting
- Assist VP Controller with key consolidation and reporting schedules
- Support monthly financial reporting package
- Assist with audit and lender reporting schedules
- Contribute to reporting efficiency and process improvements
- Take ownership of ad hoc finance-related requests, including regulatory and government surveys, data requests, and internal reporting needs
- Represent the Finance function in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, gathering information, providing financial perspective, and reporting key insights back to Finance leadership
- Support special projects as directed by the CFO and VP Controller, including process improvements, system initiatives, and operational analyses
- Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to step into areas outside of core responsibilities to support broader business needs
- 4–6 years of experience
- Background in:
- Public accounting (preferred) and/or
- FP&A, transaction advisory, or investment banking
- Strong understanding of financial statements
- Advanced Excel modeling skills (must be able to build models from scratch)
- Experience with forecasting and variance analysis
- CPA or CPA-track preferred
- Strong analytical and structured thinker
- Ownership mentality; self-starter
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong communication skills (able to represent Finance in meetings)
- Detail-oriented with sound business judgment
