Position Summary:

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in the home sales process by ensuring loan packages are complete, accurate, and submitted effectively to lending partners. This position directly impacts whether a home sale successfully funds and serves as the primary point of ownership for the financing process from initial file intake through funding.

The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team and external lending partners to secure approvals for buyers while maintaining strong lender relationships and driving consistent funding outcomes.

 This role can be based in Scottsdale, AZ or Austin, TX,

  4. Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintains accurate documentation and ensures financing packages are complete, compliant, and lender-ready.
  5. Problem Solving: Identifies obstacles, analyzes denial trends, and develops solutions to improve approval and funding results.
  6. Time Management: Effectively manages multiple files simultaneously while maintaining responsiveness and meeting deadlines.
  7. Adaptability: Responds quickly to changing lender requirements, conditions, and deal-specific challenges.
  8. Results Orientation: Focuses on funded deals, approval rates, turnaround times, and overall financing performance.
  9. Process Improvement: Continuously seeks opportunities to eliminate rework, improve submission quality, and create more predictable outcomes.
