As a Finance Manager – Manager Level 2 located in Chandler, AZ, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.As a Finance Manager, you will oversee key line forecasting, work authorization, implementation of EV reporting, program budgeting, estimating complete development and various other financial reporting activities. You will oversee the management of Program Earned Value in compliance to IPMR/IPMDAR data reporting requirements. You will also manage baseline efforts and lead efforts for Initial Baseline Review (IBRs) with customers.This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.Your Role and Impact:Lead the EAC process to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC update revisionsManage the monthly financial forecasting process to include analysis and recommendations on awards, sales, operating margin and cashPrepare and present financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecastsSupport internal and external compliance auditsSupport pricing, proposal activities and contract negotiationsOversee cash management to ensure timely invoices and collectionsOther duties as assignedWhy you? You’re the candidate we’re searching for if you are ready to achieve the impossible alongside like-minded innovators.Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or program control– OR – Master’s degree with 6 years of professional experience in finance, accounting or program controlWill consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degreeNo clearance required to startExperience with MS Office SuiteExperience presenting financial data to leadership Preferred Qualifications: Prior leadership experienceDegree in Business Administration, Accounting or FinanceExperience with Earned Value and financial reports on various contract typesExperience with U.S. Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards and FARExperience with SPFP financial forecasting system and COBRA earned value management systemEarned Value proficiency including Earned Value Guidelines and ONE NG System DescriptionExperience with the development of the Annual Operation Plan and Long-Range Strategic PlanAerospace & Defense industry experienceActive current U.S. Government Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearanceSoft SkillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenStrong analysis and critical thinking skillsAbility to communicate financial and program information efficiently within a matrix organizationStrong presentation skills and ability to present financial data to senior leadershipPrimary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
