As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in guiding financial strategies and optimizing the efficiency of our integrated supply chain operations within the Industrial Automation sector. You will work out of our Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the financial performance and operational efficiency of our integrated supply chain by collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support cost optimization initiatives, and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Sr Director of Supply Chain Finance to develop and execute financial strategies that align with organizational supply chain goals.
- Manage financial aspects related to direct material costs and plant productivity, partnering closely with Procurement and AME stakeholders to optimize spend and operational efficiency.
- Identify and support the implementation of cost-saving opportunities within the integrated supply chain, including automation of key processes and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement, implementing best practices and initiatives to drive cost reductions while maintaining quality and service levels.
- Participate in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the financial performance of the supply chain, providing insights and recommendations to improve profitability, forecasting, and risk management.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with supply chain finance principles, cost accounting, or financial analysis.
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and process improvements in a complex, global organization.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis specific to supply chain operations.
- Experience with financial systems and tools relevant to supply chain finance, such as ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities
