Finance Manager

 Are you a driven automotive professional with a passion for leadership, customer service, and maximizing performance?  Here at Great Lakes Honda, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This position plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while helping customers secure financing and protection products that fit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to review finance and lease options 
• Secure financing through lender partnerships 
• Present and explain warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection products 
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations 
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending institutions 
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability 
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the financing process 
• Achieve monthly production and performance goals

Qualifications

• Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred 
• Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance regulations 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to build rapport and close deals professionally 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 
• Reynolds & Reynolds/CDK experience preferred 
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required
