Finance Manager

Gwinnett Place Ford is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This job is for unique individuals that can sell products. We are not interested in folks that run 50-60% warranty penetration. If you live on rate, then please do don apply. You will make $200k- $300k if you are good at building value in products. Our sales people get paid the SAME percentage of front and back, so they are bought in on your success. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the dealership, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and leading efforts to maximize profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of finance in the automotive industry, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall financial activities of the dealership, including loan processing, credit analysis, and financial compliance.
• Work closely with customers to secure financing options that meet their needs while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and credit reporting agencies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for improving profit margins.
• Train and supervise finance department staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and financial products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with finance-related software and MS Office applications.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in finance or automotive financing are a plus.
