Job Purpose

  • Manage finance for all French entities

Main Objectives & Activities

Ensures the management and coordination of the financial activities of French companies & services

  • Validates the monthly financial statements and produces the group reports
  • Manages the closing of the accounting year and the tax returns in conjunction with the chartered accountant.
  • Manages relations with external partners such as auditors, auditors, bankers and insurers.
  • Draws up annual budgets with the management of the companies
  • Leads financial reorganization projects in France in cooperation with the group's financial management and business managers.
  • Act as business partner of the business leaders in France
  • Act as business partner for service activities in Europe

Required Knowledge & Experience

Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DESCG), a specialized master's degree in finance or a business school. First experience as a financial controller, financial auditor of at least 5 years.

Autonomy and Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Very autonomous, capable to coordinate various stakeholders

Internal & External Contacts

  • EMEA finance team, HQ finance team, Management from Castles France & LIEM, operations (France & Region), external accountant, insurance, tax, bank

Strategic Implications
