You'll have access to Ford Credit, a deep bench of credit unions, and lender relationships we've built over more than 40 years. Our all-in PVR expectation is $2,000, and the entire dealership is committed to helping you achieve it.

Five-day work week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record (Insurability)
• Previous Franchise Dealership F&I Experience
• Proven Track Record of Strong F&I Performance
• Ability to Obtain Required State Licensing (if applicable)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen
• Strong Computer Skills and Ability to Learn New Software
• Professional Appearance and Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ford/Lincoln F&I Experience
• Experience with RouteOne and Ford Credit
• Experience Using Tekion DMS
• Strong Relationships with Banks and Credit Unions
• Compliance and Menu-Selling Expertise
• VSC, GAP, and Ancillary Product Sales Experience
• Proven Ability to Maintain High CSI While Producing Strong PVR
