Major Job Duties Are you the type of person who likes to understand the story behind the numbers? CSWR is seeking a Finance Manager who will partner directly with operational leaders to uncover insights, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making. This is not a traditional desk-only finance role. You'll spend time working with field teams, visiting sites, and learning firsthand what drives business results. We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to make an impact in a growing organization.
Primary Responsibilities

Partner with regional managers and field teams to understand operational activities and the financial impact behind them.
Conduct site visits and ride-alongs to gain firsthand knowledge of how our business operates.
Analyze financial results and identify the drivers behind cost fluctuations and performance trends.
Support forecasting and reforecasting efforts to improve financial visibility and accuracy.
Investigate variances between actual and expected results and provide actionable recommendations.
Help evaluate capital projects and provide insight into project costs, timing, and financial impact.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams to solve problems and improve business performance.
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations that support key business decisions.
Challenge assumptions, ask thoughtful questions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as the company continues to grow.
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. • 3–6 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Consulting, Operations Finance, Business Analysis, or a related field. • Strong Excel and analytical skills. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Ability to translate operational activities into financial insights and recommendations. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working closely with operations teams. • Exposure to capital projects, transaction support, or strategic financial analysis. • Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or consulting environment. Work Environment • Full-time, in-office position. • Travel up to 20–30% based on business needs. Why Join CSWR?
