The role!
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of Conscia Ireland, ensuring strong financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with statutory and corporate requirements.
The role will support the CFO in driving financial performance, enhancing processes, and providing commercial insight to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Proven Finance Manager or senior finance experience
- Experience in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Experience with Impero reporting tools is a distinct advantage
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Successful audit outcomes
- Budget vs actual performance
- Cashflow management improvements
